Metabox laptop kept shutting down after boot up couldn't sort problem because of shutting down called Russell and dropped it around he got it to run long enough to get t the problem = good news but bad news faulty heat sync miss reporting hi temp rang metabox sent replacement part then installed and tested laptop Fixed Couldn't recommend Russell enough. Knowledge, communication, price and speed second to none, my go to tech from now on
